Do parenthesis first, exponents is the next thing you work,
then you have multiply and divide, do I multiply or divide first
work it left to right. Last thing you see, signs to add or for
subtracting. Work this the same way using multiply and dividing.
I’m trying to provide you with the steps that you need to do,
parenthesis, exponents, multiply and divide, left to right
with that and subtract 2.

Mr. Duey, I’m hearing what you’re saying but I’m not following.
Sit down, grab a pad and a pencil and write out this problem.
In some parenthesis write 2 to the 3rd power, multiply by 5
divide by 4 than out of. The parentheis have them multiplied by 3,
subtract 2 and just like any other problem, this is how you do.
Workout everything in the parenthesis, any exponents inside got
2 to the and the little 3 is how many times you multiply the 2 by.
That’s 8. Now multiply with the 5, then take the 4 divide. Just
remember work it left to right. 8 X 5 that’s 40 / 4 is 10. Now
all we have to do. Multiply 3 – 2, multiply first and that gets
you 30 – 2 that’s 28 you heard me. And I know I’m going
through this Math so fast your head spins like a swirly. Don’t
sleep on this track because it’s early.
